We may collect your name, role, business contact details, company, correspondence, meeting information, project requirements, and the technical or operational information you choose to provide.

For business development, we may also use business contact details and professional information published on company websites, directories, or other public business sources.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess and scope work, arrange meetings, provide services, manage client relationships, issue invoices, keep business records, and make relevant business-to-business contact.

We rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and developing the business. You can object to direct marketing at any time by replying to the message or emailing us.

We use service providers for website hosting, transactional email, business email, scheduling, business outreach, document storage, and payment processing. These may include Vercel, Resend, Google Workspace, Calendly, Instantly, and Stripe. Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on recognised transfer safeguards and the providers' contractual protections.

Enquiry and prospect information is normally kept for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Client, contractual, payment, and project records may be kept for up to six years after the relationship ends where needed for tax, legal, or contractual purposes. A minimal suppression record may be retained to respect an objection to future contact.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to how your information is used. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

This website does not currently run advertising trackers or a visitor analytics product. Information submitted through the enquiry form is sent to Modular Foundry and used to acknowledge and respond to the enquiry. Hosting and email infrastructure may process limited technical request and delivery data to provide and secure those services. External services such as Calendly apply their own privacy and cookie terms when you follow a link to them.
